90 day warranty
The warranty provides that if within 90 days from the date of your air gun repair, your air gun fails to operate for reasons related to the original repair service when used normally in accordance with manufacturer guidelines, we will replace those parts that failed due to defects in the material or workmanship and perform any labor related to the original repair free of charge. Excludes damage caused due to service provided by any party other than Gardner's Challenger Service Center, any modifications to internal workings or anything that would affect the work that had been completed which includes disassembly, or tampering with the work that had been provided. All air guns are serviced to manufacturer specifications and any change, "mods", and /or adaptations to the air gun will void the warranty.

All quotes are provided for your school, club, or organization and should not be shared or disclosed to any competitor. We will never ask you for a competitors quote.
Payment
Requirements
All payments are due after work is completed. An invoice will be sent by email (or otherwise arranged such as by phone, text, letter, and/or any other communication means) with the pay due date attached or otherwise known. All payments need to paid promptly before and up to the due date. Under Tennessee law, there will be a 5 day grace period for individuals and in accordance with Government payment arrangements, a 3 month grace period will be provided for those entities such as DOD connected before a 10% fee monthly is added to the final bill. After 90 days of none payment, any litigation will be submitted to the Washington County Courthouse (located inside Washington county, Tennessee), where any and all claims will be processed. It will be the consumer's responsibility (if no payment or agreement is found to satisfy payment) to accept any other expenses added because of litigation such as but not limited to court cost, attorneys fees, or any other expenditures that would arise due to any judicial proceedings. By sending any product to Gardner's Challenger Service for service and or purchase of any product, the customer is accepting the terms of service outlined above to include that you agree to the jurisdiction of any judicial proceedings be held in Washington County, Tennessee.

We are not able to provide individual use parts. All parts that we have or acquire are for customer in-shop repair only.

To the full extent permitted by law, Gardner's Challenger Service Center, and its officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors, affiliates, and successors in interest ("GCSC Entities") (1) make no promises, warranties, or representations as to GCSC classified page, including its completeness, accuracy, availability, timeliness, propriety, security or reliability; (2) provide GCSC classified page on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis and any risk of using GCSC classified page items is assumed by you; (3) disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including as to accuracy, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, and all warranties arising from course of dealing, usage, or trade practice; and (4) disclaim any liability or responsibility for acts, omissions, or conduct of you or any party in connection with GCSC. GCSC representatives are NOT liable for any direct, indirect, consequential, incidental, special, punitive, or other losses, including lost profits, revenues, data, goodwill, etc., arising from or related to GCSC classified page, and in no event shall such liability fall upon GCSC. Some jurisdictions restrict or alter these disclaimers and limits, so some may not apply to you.
CLAIMS & INDEMNITY. Any claim, cause of action, demand, or dispute arising from or related to GCSC classified page ("Claims") will be governed by the internal laws of Tennessee, without regard to conflict of law provisions, except to the extent governed by US federal law. Any Claims will be exclusively resolved by courts in Washington county, TN (except we may seek preliminary or injunctive relief anywhere). You agree to (1) submit to the personal jurisdiction of courts in Washington county, TN; (2) indemnify and hold GCSC Entities harmless from any Claims, losses, liability, or expenses (including attorneys' fees) that arise from a third party and relate to your use of GCSC classified page; and (3) be liable and responsible for any Claims we may have against your officers, directors, employees, agents, affiliates, or any other party, directly or indirectly, paid, directed or controlled by you, or acting for your benefit.
MISC. Unless you have entered into a separate written or electronic agreement with us that expressly references the TOU, this is the exclusive and entire agreement between us and you, and supersedes all prior and contemporaneous understandings, agreements, representations, and warranties, both written and oral. Users complying with prior written licenses may access GCSC classified page thereby until authorization is terminated. Our actions or silence toward you or anyone else does not waive, modify, or limit the TOU or our ability to enforce it. The USE, LIQUIDATED DAMAGES, and CLAIMS & INDEMNITY sections survive termination of the TOU, and you will remain bound by those sections. If a TOU term is unenforceable, it shall be limited to the least extent possible and supplemented with a valid provision that best embodies the intent of the parties. The GCSC classified page of the TOU controls over any translations.
We GCSC classified page is only a third party representative and all transactions are through the posting seller and the posting buyer.

By using the GCSC classified page by a seller or buyer, they agree to hold harmless GCSC and take full responsibility of the transactions, liability, and any exchange that occur.
